Definitely going to become active around here again soon. I've had too much going on for too long!

What's new? Hmmm... well, I finally gathered ALL of my money for school, sans-loan. Yep, no-strings attached cash in the bank. Finally. I was in the process of getting a loan and signing up for courses, but decided against being in debt at the last minute. Good move I think. It's smooth sailing from here! Now I need to really decide what I want to do. I'm thinking electrical engineering, but I'm not entirely sure yet.

Ooh, I just ordered a German Equatorial mount Schmidt-Cassegrain XLT... it's a huge 130 lb monster of a telescope. It's my first seriously professional one, and the biggest single investment I've ever made. I can't wait to use it! It's being built in California and will take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I also got a new Nikon D90, so expect some cool astro shots eventually!

Anyway, I'll just stick to the good news this time so as not to ruin my mood.

Time to pack a bowl... laterz!
